WARRANTY
|

SouthernShade Solutions warranties all the materials we provide for the installation of of our canopies.
SouthernShade Solutions' shade cloth is warranted for five (5) years against failure due to deterioration, break down, mildew, heat, cold, fading or discoloration with the exception of the colors red and burgundy, which have a three (3) year warranty.
SouthernShade Solutions' metal components are warranted for 10 years with the exception of the paint coating, and any damage resulting from improper installation or use of the metal components.
SouthernShade Solutions does not warranty workmanship. However, SouthernShade Solutions requires all independent contractors on our Installers list to warranty their workmanship for a full year. Warranty is limited to the specific building code requirements for the geographical location of the installation, unless the purchaser has specifically ordered and paid for the engineering and/or workmanship required to exceed the building code. You must verify all workmanship warranty limits with local installer before installation.

Warranty is non-transferable unless authorized and agreed to by SouthernShade Solutions in writing. SouthernShade Solutions reserves the right to repair or replace any item at their option. Southern Shade Solutions shall not in any event be liable for damage resulting from Acts of God, intentional or accidental abuse, vandalism, or damage resulting from inappropriate use.
